Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 
Please contact us immediately in the event that you have any problem with your order or if you wish to request a refund for any reason. We will issue a refund for the You return shipping label as well as the original shipping plus the entire purchase price—in the event that we are able to verify that the wrong item was shipped or the item received was defective in any way at the time of receipt.

In general, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges regarding self care, beauty, or other personal items in the event that the item ordered was shipped and shipped the item was not defective. Personalized items and items purchased via Custom Orders are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.

We will accommodate refunds for clothing and other items provided that the refund is initiated within 7 days of receipt and each item is returned in brand new condition with all original tags attached, according to the steps provided by Pretty Posh Things. This includes the receipt of our Return Authorization Approval and the specific Return Authorization Code required for each item returned inside the package returned to the return address specified—in a very timely manner.

Each item approved for a return must be sent along with specific Return Authorization Code we provided to the return address specified for each item returned. Buyer agrees to pay for shipping regarding any item returned for reasons other than wrong item received or product defect. Return must be received at specified return address in a very timely manner, and also in brand new condition, with original tags attached and original packaging intact, for buyer to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

A Restocking Fee of up to 20% may be applied in the event that items returned fail to meet all of the conditions required for the buyer to receive a full refund. In some cases, buyer may receive no refund—at the sole discretion of Pretty Posh Things—in the event that returned items fail to meet conditions required for the buyer to receive any refund. (In such a case, we can arrange for the returned item to be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.)

Return requests received outside of the initial 7 day return window may still be approved. However the delay in requesting a refund may result in buyer incurring a Restocking Fee of up to 20%.
